Bev Kwiatkowski
Bev began her Real Estate career in Sandbridge, joining Siebert Realty in 1975. She obtained her broker's license in 1976 and focuses exclusively on listing and selling Sandbridge properties. Bev knows Sandbridge.
Bev's professional credentials include designations as a CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Realtors' Institute). Bev has been recognized for her sales success in the Hampton Roads "Circle of Excellence" awards for over 30 years.
Bev and her family moved to Sandbridge in 1974 and she liked it so much she never left! She and her husband, Gene, raised four children here and two are current Sandbridge home owners. Bev's daughter-in-law, Darlene Kwiatkowski, is also a Realtor associated with Siebert Realty. Bev and Darlene share an office and are available at any time to assist both home owners and buyers with their real estate needs. Bev remains active in the Sandbridge community and enjoys showing newcomers the potential joys of home ownership at our very special beach.
