A third generation Realtor and one of Siebert Realty’s top agents, Jim has been a resident of Virginia Beach since 2000, and has been extremely active in the Sandbridge Real Estate Market since graduating from Ferrum College in 2003. A Circle of Excellence winner annually since 2004, Jim enjoys and receives great satisfaction through helping people achieve their real estate goals and needs.

In addition to his career as a Realtor; Jim shares the perspective of the property ownership side of things, as his family also owns rental properties in Sandbridge. Living in, and raising a family in Sandbridge as a fulltime resident provides Jim with limitless connections which have proven to be of immeasurable help to his clients over the years.

Jim is also an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Realtor Association, Sandbridge Beach Civic League, and the Sandbridge United Methodist Church. Over the years, Jim has personally bought and sold numerous homes in the area. This keen and constant “ear to the ground” approach to investment allows Jim to share his unique real estate valuation insight with clients seeking to better analyze what will ultimately become the best investment suited for their family’s distinctive needs.

On the very rare “off day” Jim enjoys skiing (water and snow), swimming, hiking, biking, traveling, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with his family. Jim lives in Sandbridge with his wife Bekah, young children Katelyn & Carson, and their spoiled rotten Golden Retriever Chloe.
